Once you enter through Dream to Rise, you’ll immediately receive an email and/or text confirmation with your order details. This confirmation serves as proof that your entry was successfully submitted and recorded in our system.

For entries that include digital thank-you rewards (such as eBooks, audio books, or digital thank-you items), your download link will be delivered automatically to the same email you used during checkout. These digital items are sent instantly after your order is processed, so please be sure to check your inbox (and spam or promotions folder just in case).

For entries that include a Thank You Box (available for $25 and higher entries), shipping typically takes place within five (5) business days. Each box is carefully customized and packaged with appreciation, so we take extra care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before it leaves our fulfillment center. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number so you can follow its progress all the way to your doorstep.

If you have not received your digital reward link, shipping notification, or tracking number within the expected time frame, please reach out to our support team at help@dreamtorise.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number, and the email used during checkout so our team can locate your order quickly.

For international supporters, please note that Thank You Boxes can be shipped worldwide, but shipping fees apply, and international supporters are not automatically entered into the U.S.-based raffles due to current eligibility regulations.

At Dream to Rise, we host multiple giveaways every month to create as many winners as possible and spread kindness through every entry. Once you enter, your name is automatically placed into the current month’s drawing. Each entry tier—whether it’s a one-time entry or an active membership—has equal chances of being selected, including free community entries. We believe every participant deserves a fair and equal opportunity to win.

All drawings are conducted with transparency and integrity. Our team verifies every entry, ensuring all participants meet the eligibility requirements before the winner selection process begins. Winners are chosen at random and verified to confirm their eligibility under U.S. laws and our platform guidelines.

Giveaway results are announced through a video posted on the 15th of every month, where we publicly reveal all verified winners for that cycle. Winners are also personally contacted via email, text message, or phone call to confirm details and arrange delivery of any prizes or thank-you boxes. To protect our supporters’ privacy, we may only publish first names, initials, or general locations (for example, “Sarah M. from California”) on our Winners page.

If you don’t see your name announced, don’t worry—your entry is valid only for that specific month, but you can always re-enter for the next round. Once a participant wins, they are not eligible to win again within the same month but can re-enter the following months without limitation.

Our goal is to host more giveaways each month than traditional giveaway platforms, ensuring more people experience the joy of receiving while knowing they’ve contributed to real-world causes. All updates, announcements, and winner videos are posted on our official channels, so check back often to stay in the loop.

Dream to Rise proudly welcomes supporters from around the world who believe in giving back and spreading kindness. While our raffle entries and giveaways are currently limited to U.S. residents, we are happy to ship our Thank You Boxes internationally so everyone can still participate in supporting our mission.

International supporters may enter through any of the available tiers ($5, $10, $25, $50, $100, or $200). However, please note that only U.S. residents are eligible to be included in the official prize drawings. International participants will still receive their selected thank-you items or digital goods as a token of appreciation for joining our global community.

Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination country and selected shipping method. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, as these charges are determined by local authorities and cannot be pre-calculated by Dream to Rise.

Our fulfillment team takes great care in packaging every Thank You Box to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. All international orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your package has shipped. If your box arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at help@dreamtorise.com for assistance. We offer a one-time replacement for any verified lost or damaged shipments.

One-Time Entries:

One-time entries are available in amounts of $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, and $200. Every entry tier helps support Dream to Rise’s mission to give back while automatically qualifying you for the current month’s giveaway. Each entry also includes a thank-you gift—digital for $5 and $10 entries, and a Thank You Box for $25 and above.

Memberships:

Monthly memberships are available in $25, $50, $100, and $200 tiers. Memberships automatically renew every month on the date of your original registration, giving you continued access to all current and future drawings as long as your membership remains active. Members can cancel at any time directly through their account or by emailing help@dreamtorise.com. Every active month includes a new Thank You Box shipped to your address as an appreciation for your ongoing support.

Donation Transparency:

After covering operational costs such as production, packaging, fulfillment, and transaction fees, Dream to Rise donates 50% of all net profits to verified organizations, charitable causes, and community projects. Our goal is to increase this percentage as we grow, insha’Allah.

Billing Information:

All payments are securely processed through our verified payment partners to ensure your information is fully protected. You may use any major credit or debit card during checkout. Recurring payments for memberships will be automatically billed each month unless canceled prior to renewal. Because all entries are classified as contributions and include immediate rewards, entries are non-refundable once submitted.

Step 1 – Choose Your Entry Tier

Select the amount that best fits you: $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, or $200. You can also join as a monthly member at any of these tiers ($25 and above) for continued entries and benefits. Every tier receives equal entry rights into the current month’s giveaway—there are no advantages based on how much you give. The only difference is the type of thank-you reward you receive.

Step 2 – Receive Your Thank-You Reward

After completing checkout, you’ll instantly receive an email and/or text confirming your entry.

$5 and $10 tiers will receive immediate access to digital goods such as eBooks, audiobooks, or downloadable thank-you cards.
$25 and higher tiers will receive a physical Thank You Box shipped within five business days. Each box is prepared with care and may include a variety of appreciation gifts that reflect the spirit of Dream to Rise.

Step 3 – Automatic Entry into the Drawing

Once your order is confirmed, your name is automatically entered into the current month’s drawing. No additional action is required. Every entry is verified and counted equally, including our free Community Entry option. Winners are chosen fairly and announced through a video on the 15th of each month, as well as listed on our Winners page.

Dream to Rise is committed to conducting every drawing with complete fairness, accuracy, and transparency. Every entry—whether it’s a one-time contribution, monthly membership, or free Community Entry—has an equal and unbiased chance of being selected as a winner.

All entries for the current month’s giveaway are securely recorded and verified once checkout is completed. The entry period closes at the end of each calendar month, after which our system automatically compiles and organizes all valid entries into the official drawing pool. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are automatically disqualified to ensure the integrity of every drawing.

Winner Selection:

Each winner is chosen at random through a verified and unbiased selection process. If a winner does not respond within the stated timeframe (usually 72 hours), an alternate winner will be selected using the same random drawing process. Once a participant wins, they cannot win again within that same month, but they may enter again in future months without restriction.

Dream to Rise does not allow substitution or transfer of prizes and does not modify results after they are verified. Our goal is to make every giveaway as transparent as possible, ensuring every supporter feels confident that all drawings are conducted fairly and ethically.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Dream to Rise operates as a donation-based rewards and appreciation platform. By accessing or participating in any part of our website, services, or programs (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following legal notices, disclaimers, and terms of participation. These policies are intended to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with applicable laws.

1. General Disclaimer

Dream to Rise is not a lottery, sweepstakes, or gambling platform. All entries, whether one-time or recurring, are considered voluntary contributions made in support of Dream to Rise’s charitable mission. Entries are not classified as purchases of goods or chances, and participation does not guarantee the receipt of any specific prize. All thank-you gifts, boxes, or digital rewards are complimentary appreciation items provided as tokens of gratitude and hold no monetary or resale value.

By participating, users agree that all giveaways and drawings are conducted at the sole discretion of Dream to Rise in accordance with these terms and any applicable U.S. laws. Dream to Rise reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any giveaway or campaign at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, compliance issues, or events beyond our control.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Participants must be legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entries from jurisdictions where giveaways or raffles are prohibited are void. This includes, but is not limited to, certain restrictions within the states of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, as well as any other locations where participation would be unlawful.
International supporters are welcome to purchase digital goods or thank-you boxes but will not be entered into U.S.-based drawings until international giveaway programs are legally approved.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, or partners of Dream to Rise and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.

3. No Purchase Necessary (Free Entry Option)

Dream to Rise offers a Community Entry option to comply with “no purchase necessary” requirements. This free entry method grants the same eligibility and equal chance of selection as all paid entries. Community entries must comply with all eligibility and verification standards. Dream to Rise reserves the right to verify or disqualify entries suspected of being automated or fraudulent.

4. Prizes, Winners, and Taxes

Winners are selected through a random and verifiable drawing process conducted by Dream to Rise or an authorized representative.

Winners will be contacted privately via email, text, or phone call and publicly announced through a monthly video and Winners page.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe (typically 72 hours) may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash unless otherwise stated.
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving a prize or thank-you gift. Dream to Rise may issue applicable tax forms if required by law (such as IRS Form 1099 for prizes exceeding the minimum reporting threshold).

5. Donations and Use of Proceeds

All entries and memberships directly support Dream to Rise’s mission to give back through charitable programs and partnerships. After covering necessary operational costs (including product creation, fulfillment, shipping, marketing, and administrative expenses), Dream to Rise allocates a significant portion of proceeds to verified charitable causes and community projects.

Dream to Rise will maintain accurate internal records of all charitable distributions and will periodically publish public summaries or total donation figures. However, Dream to Rise is not obligated to disclose private accounting, transaction-level data, or per-organization donation amounts.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns

Because entries include immediate digital or physical rewards, all sales are final and non-refundable once processed. Members may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time to stop future renewals but will not receive refunds for charges already completed.

If a Thank You Box arrives damaged or fails to arrive, Dream to Rise will provide a one-time replacement at no cost upon verification. No exchanges, substitutions, or returns will be provided beyond this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

By entering or participating, users agree that Dream to Rise, its affiliates, officers, employees, or partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation, inability to access the Platform, shipping delays, or use of any reward or prize.

Dream to Rise assumes no responsibility for any:

Technical malfunctions, lost connections, or human errors during entry or drawing.
Late, lost, or misdirected entries or correspondence.
Injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize or reward.

Participation is at the user’s own risk. Dream to Rise provides all services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. User Conduct and Fraud Prevention

Participants must not attempt to manipulate, automate, or interfere with Dream to Rise’s systems, drawings, or referral programs. Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in immediate disqualification and permanent account suspension. Dream to Rise reserves the right to audit entries, referrals, or transactions for legitimacy at any time.

9. Data Privacy and Communications

By entering or signing up, users agree to receive transactional updates, winner announcements, and promotional communications via email and SMS. All personal data is stored securely and used solely for Dream to Rise’s communication and fulfillment purposes. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

10. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content, images, graphics, videos, logos, and written materials displayed on the Dream to Rise platform are the exclusive property of Dream to Rise and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. User-submitted testimonials, reviews, or media may be displayed by Dream to Rise for promotional purposes with implicit consent upon submission.

11. Platform Integrity and Modification Rights

Dream to Rise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any portion of the Platform at any time for maintenance, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons. Updates to these Legal Notes or other policies may be made periodically, and continued participation following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to Dream to Rise’s operations, participation, or disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes or claims shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

By participating, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

14. Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to Dream to Rise, its Platform, giveaways, or any transaction shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered under the Federal Arbitration Act.

No class actions: Each party agrees that claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
Venue: Arbitration will be conducted in San Bernardino County, California, before a single neutral arbitrator.
Governing rules: The arbitration shall follow the current rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Costs: Each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise under applicable law.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this clause within 30 days of first use of the Platform by sending written notice to legal@dreamtorise.com.

This clause is intended to drastically limit litigation risk and courtroom exposure.

15. Force Majeure

Dream to Rise shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, supply-chain interruptions, or governmental restrictions.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dream to Rise, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, licensors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

your use or misuse of the Platform,
violation of these Terms or any law, or
infringement of any third-party rights.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform, its services, rewards, and digital content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Dream to Rise makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access, nor accuracy or reliability of any information obtained from the Platform.

18. Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Dream to Rise’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for your most recent entry or membership.
Dream to Rise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss.

Some states do not allow limitation of implied warranties, so these limits apply to the fullest extent allowable.

19. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may include links to third-party sites (such as payment processors, shipping providers, or social-media pages). Dream to Rise is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of those sites. Users interact with third parties at their own risk.

20. Severability

If any part of these Legal Notes is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Legal Notes, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and FAQ, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dream to Rise and supersede all prior communications or understandings, whether written or oral.

22. Updates to Terms

Dream to Rise may update these Legal Notes from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

Eligibility & Fair Play

All drawings are open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older, except where prohibited by law. International supporters are welcome to purchase digital goods or Thank You Boxes but are not entered into U.S.-based drawings at this time.

Taxes & Reporting

Dream to Rise is not responsible for any taxes that may apply to prizes or rewards. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes related to the value of prizes received. Thank You Boxes are complimentary appreciation gifts, not taxable purchases. However, if local laws require reporting, the recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each entry includes a digital or physical thank-you gift and contributes toward charitable causes, all sales are final and non-refundable once submitted. Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time to prevent future renewals, but refunds cannot be issued for already processed payments.

Lost or Damaged Items

If a Thank You Box arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, Dream to Rise will provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost. Please report any shipping issues to help@dreamtorise.com within 10 business days of the original delivery date.

Updates & Transparency

We regularly post donation totals, updates, and photos of completed projects on our website and official channels. While we share total amounts donated, we do not publish per-organization breakdowns to protect privacy and logistical accuracy. Our long-term goal is to continue expanding this transparency as Dream to Rise grows, insha’Allah.
